Ian has been a reliable and professional contractor I've used for approximately 10 years to install hardwood floors, gut and redo a kitchen, remodel a powder room including new ceramic tiles and lay new flooring in the basement. He has also used his skills in fixing fences, installing crown moulding, and finding professionals to meet needs not necessarily in his area of expertise, all while overseeing the job and lending his own opinion on what is best for his client.
